This chapter discusses the compulsive nature of footholds.  Readers are led through the steps needed to get rid of demonic bondage in our lives by using the four ‘Rs’: Revelation, Repentance, Renouncing, and Restoration.
Chapters 5, 6, 7, & 8 Stronghold Chapters
These chapters identify strongholds as lies we have been led to believe about God, ourselves, and others.  The process of discovering strongholds and replacing them with truth is discussed in detail.
Chapter 9 Memories
This chapter helps the reader learn how to identify those memories that have spiritually toxic content and how to how to cooperate with the Holy Spirit to find healing and freedom from the torment of painful memories.
